Affordability
We are committed to making Providence Academy accessible. No family should be turned away because of finances.
Providence Academy is actively building scholarship funds through our church community and local partners. If tuition is a barrier for your family, please reach out - we want to work with you.
Texas families may qualify for education tax credits through approved Student Tuition Organizations (STOs). We can help you explore whether your family qualifies.
Texas is expanding education savings accounts for families. We're closely tracking TEFA legislation and will support eligible families as soon as funds become available.

Tuition covers the complete Providence Academy experience: all curriculum and learning materials, adaptive software tools, project supplies for quests, facility use, and guide instruction. There are no hidden fees beyond the enrollment fee and tuition.
The enrollment fee is due upon acceptance to secure your child's spot. Annual tuition is due before the first day of school. Monthly payments begin in August and run through May (10 payments total), automatically charged each month.
Yes! Families with multiple children enrolled receive 10% off tuition for each additional child. Your first child is full price ($6,500/year or $650/month), and every sibling after that is $5,850/year or $585/month. The enrollment fee remains $200 per child.
The enrollment fee is non-refundable. Tuition refunds are prorated based on the date of withdrawal. Monthly subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, with the current month's payment being final. Please contact us for specific situations.
Yes! While our online system uses credit and debit cards, we also accept checks and direct bank transfers. Please contact us at jl@jklusk.com or (214) 226-6657 to arrange alternative payment methods.
When you select the monthly option, you'll set up automatic payments of $650 per child per month through Stripe. Payments are charged on the same date each month for 10 months (August through May). You'll receive email confirmations for each payment.
Yes. We believe cost should never prevent a child from receiving an excellent education. We are building scholarship funds and can discuss flexible payment arrangements. Texas families may also qualify for EFTC tax credits. Please reach out - we will do everything we can to make it work.
